The Lincoln, IL container plant is currently seeking motivated candidates for positions in production to join our team. Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Candidates must successfully complete testing, interview, pre-employment drug screening, physical, background check and employment verification. Candidates must be willing to work off shifts (6:30a-2:30p, 2:30p-10:30p, 10:30p-6:30a) and able to work overtime with little notice. Starting rate for entry level positions is $18.45/hr.
Production team members are responsible for the day-to-day safe operations throughout the plant. The miscellaneous helper is used to assist as assigned throughout the facility, to include feeding and stacking at various machine centers and assisting with maintaining housekeeping standards. Helpers assist operator in the set up and production on the machine and ensures the quality of the finished product produced at each machine center is carried out in the most efficient manner consistent with company quality and production requirements.

Successful candidates must also:
Be able to read a standard tape measure, follow written and oral directions.
Be able to operate from directions or independently as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to add and subtract all units of measure, read, copy, count, and record figures.
Applicants must be able to stand, walk and be able to reach at or below shoulder level; frequent twisting, bending and lifting from the ground; repetitive lifting. Must be willing and able to work daily and weekly overtime, including weekends as business conditions require.
