Job description: Fixed Term Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
(with ATSM or subspecialty training in Urogynaecology) -6 months post
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term Urogynaecology Consultant to join the team at the West Suffolk Hospital. This is a fixed term post for 6 months to cover maternity leave from 1st April 2022- 1st October 2022.
You will be expected to cover the current Consultants clinical workload in clinics and operating.
West Suffolk Hospital is a University of Cambridge Teaching Hospital foundation Trust and is a busy and popular hospital. It is run by a forward-thinking Trust, which has achieved foundation status.
The Trust has close links with Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge and Cambridge University Medical School. Situated in the heart of East Anglia, the Cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds provides sophisticated facilities in a traditional and unspoilt rural town setting. There is also easy access to the Midlands, London and the East Coast.
