We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiting Manager who has a proven history of recruiting, leading, and developing a team in a fast paced, high growth environment. We are searching for a leader who demonstrates the ability to successfully influence and achieve hiring goals by partnering across a matrix of business leaders, HR partners, and Recruiting Centers of Excellence. You’ll manage and lead a skilled team of nationwide recruiters. You will know your people, invest time in understanding their capabilities, development needs/career aspirations and use that knowledge to ensure they are given opportunities to learn and grow. You’ll value your people and give feedback with grace. Foster a culture of excellence, deep recruiting subject matter expertise and strong business insight with a keen focus on providing efficient and effective recruitment solutions.
To deliver highly qualified, diverse talent pools, you’ll manage senior level searches and facilitate a premium, end-to-end hiring experience for all. You’ll manage recruiting activity, balancing the workload of your team and assist with role prioritization. You’ll also pride yourself on having a ‘people first’ approach and lead by example.
Alongside the Director, you’ll drive accountability and adopt new processes, tools, and technology. Using data and insights to understand the competitive talent market and trends, you’ll ensure we have the right strategies in place at the right time. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director of Digital. You’ll maximize relationships with our center of excellence partners: talent attraction, diversity sourcing, university relations, candidate coordination and recruiting services operations teams to optimize efficiency across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle!
You’ll proactively collaborate with Digital HR teams across the company as you develop an annual recruiting strategy that aligns with our business strategies. You’ll also work closely with external agency partners as needed, diversity organizations and pipeline channels.
For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $135,000.00 per year. Information about benefits can be found .
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or HR experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience leading teams of experienced recruiters to achieve hiring targets and talent goals. Ability to assess employee strengths & development opportunities to align the team in the best possible way.
- Sourcing and pipeline management: exceptional ability identify top talent, assess their capabilities and build robust talent pipelines.
- Experience developing end-to-end recruiting strategies within an “in house corporate” environment.
- Highly organized, responsive, and accountable; coupled with deep insight into the business, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Naturally curious, strategic problem solver that grounds decision making in data to help inform and build effective solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Digital, E-Commerce or Direct to Consumer industry; Previous recruiting experience in related verticals (Product and Project Management, Sales, Digital Design etc.) and talent pools.
- Global experience in a large corporate matrix environment.
Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.
Expected salary: $135000 per year
