Reporting to the Client Services Director this role will have operational responsibility for the organisations No.1 client managing all aspects of outstanding customer service and client satisfaction . This will be achieved working with internal and external teams to execute what is required to get the job done and to help drive deeper sales and margin .
What you will be doing
As the Client Services Manager you will develop outstanding realtionships with a multi stakeholder customer environment , proactively addressing client briefs, needs and requirements. You will analyse , manage and and participate in projects and procatively identify opportunities to further utilise the company’s logistical offerings to this customer.
You will manage their largest FMCG client providing outstanding customer service and identify action areas that need refinement or improvement.Financial management is a key to the success of this role and budgetting and accurate forecasting will be essential. You will also conduct regular client meetigns and internal WIPS to ensure that projects are delivered in full and on time.
This role will be focussed on joint continuous improvement initiatives alomg with the overseeing of day to day account requiremements
What you can offer
To be successful in this role you will have experience in the supply chain or logistics industry and would like to now manage a key customer. This experience could be in a logistics business or in the department of a large organisation.
You will have a demonstrated ability to develop strong strategic relationships in a multi stakeholder enviroment , be professionally presented and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be enthusiastic to learn and acquire new skills and work within a small and dynamic team
