About your opportunity
We are looking for driven professionals to manage end-to-end claims across a diverse range of products in our Major Loss Property team. In Major loss we deal with complex and large value domestic property claims. You will be liaising directly with customers to achieve a desired outcome on their claim from end to end. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and learn about commercial property claims including business interruption and ISR claims in conjunction to your domestic property experience.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has experience in Domestic property claims. This is an exciting and challenging role where you will work with our broker partners, customers, loss adjusters, builders and suppliers to ensure the assessment and repair process for all valid claims is managed effectively and efficiently in line with jurisdictional requirements.
Your story so far
We are looking for a solution-focused individual who is motivated to develop and build on their current Property Claims experience and product knowledge whether that be in Major loss on building on your current property claims skills.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in handling large and complex Property Claims
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex Domestic property claims
- Relevant technical product knowledge
- An individual who prides themselves on providing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact
- A self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow on their current skills to maintain levels of excellence through times of change and show resilience in the face of a challenge
- Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs
- An individual who can critically assess and has excellent organisational skills.
